"Where's the Water?: A Public Forum" was presented by the local chapters of Sierra Club and the Surfrider Foundation on December 9 at the Elm St. Community Center in Arroyo Grande. Experts on water use, re-use, desalination and other options shared their knowledge. Now you can watch the replay of this informative program.
